Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design and implement automation solutions for Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) to enhance operational efficiency. Develop, test, and maintain control logic and algorithms for various automation tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Review and implement modifications in PLC, DCS and SIS systems. Provide technical support for automation and control system engineering activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze system performance and identify areas for optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation systems, providing timely support to minimize downtime. Participate in FAT/SAT, commissioning and system integration testing. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and reliability of automation processes. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and maintenance procedures. Perform software and hardware upgrades for ICSS equipment, ensuring compatibility and performance improvements. Utilize simulation tools to model and validate control strategies before implementation in live environments. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve automation methodologies.
