Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Develop and update PFDs, P&IDs, and process simulations. Optimize plant processes to improve production, energy use, and cost efficiency. Troubleshoot operational issues and support daily plant activities. Participate in HAZOP, PHA, and safety compliance activities. Prepare technical specifications and support project engineering tasks. Monitor key process parameters and provide performance reports. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering (Master s a plus). 3 7 years experience in oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical plants. Proficient in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus). Strong knowledge of process safety and industry standards (API, ASME). Good communication and problem-solving skills.
