Job Description Roles & Responsibilities HSE Adhere to COMPANY HSE policy, it contributes to meeting the HSE objectives of the E&C. Participate in the preparations of the offshore construction activities with the Project Team: To plan the works in accordance with prioritization agreed with the Construction Lead, based on emergency, safety, production and future development critical needs. To participate in the risk analysis is required for good performance of the work. To participate in detailed design reviews with the Engineering Department of E&C to ensure the constructability and hook ability aspects of the works. To check the constructability aspects of the deliverables (Work packs) provided by the Engineering. To participate in HAZID s and Risk Assessments when required. Ensures the Job Safety Analyses are prepared timely for validation by the OIM Work Preparation Participates in Construction Kick Off and preparation meetings. Participates in and contributes to meetings and workshops related to preparation as required. To assist FOP with preparation of isolation plans and related material requirements. To coordinate production & approval of lifting plans. Ensures required procedures are prepared and available prior to starting the works offshore. Identify requirements for external services and coordinate the mobilization with onshore Construction Coordinators. Preparing the Permit to Work.
