Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Reviews project changes to evaluate detail schedule impact; responsible for quantifying and incorporating the effect and impact of approved changes in the SDMS dates. Advises project management of any potential schedule issues and when necessary, provides guidance on corrective action and measures to mitigate any adverse trends. Conducts periodic meetings with the Contractor to review progress/activities and report on the status of the project to management. Supports Project Management with ongoing project schedule and progress analysis, reporting and forecasting activities. Maintains responsibility for the coordination of all Shutdown Management System deliverables and make sure deadlines are met. Support PMTs and Contractors to deliver as per Shutdown Management System to achieve full compliance. To track gate deliverables progress related to Shutdown Project Execution activities, in close relation with the PMT. Prepare monthly progress report on the SDMS deliverables. Establish and maintains detailed schedule and planning as per Shutdown Management System. Participates in the shutdown meetings, workshops, site visit to fabrication yards.
