Job Description Roles & Responsibilities li>Proven ability to plan, prepare, and execute commissioning activities from engineering through handover, covering procurement, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up./li>_x000D_ li>Strong technical expertise in subsea systems, including pigging (ILI), flooding, cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, nitrogen/MEG preservation, and long-term preservation of flowlines and umbilicals. li>Extensive experience in multibillion-dollar offshore pipeline and umbilical installation projects, with capability to review and approve engineering and commissioning documentation (P&IDs, plans, procedures, certifications)._ li>Excellent knowledge of HSE compliance, SIMOPS, risk management, and ability to lead offshore commissioning campaigns while supervising contractors and ensuring QA/QC standards. Offshore survival certification (strong>BOSIET/FOET + CA-EBS/strong> preferred)./li>_x000D_ li>Expertise in strong>subsea tie-in and connection systems/strong>, including spool piece installation, flexible jumpers, and integration of umbilicals with subsea control systems, ensuring full functionality during commissioning and handover./li>
